Tasting Note

Excellent core color, dark cardinal with abundant purple tones indicating excellent aging potential. On the nose it is elegant, intense, and very complex. Acidic black fruit, cherry, blackberry, and redcurrant, very ripe and in harmony with a multitude of aging tones, spicy cloves and black pepper, fine woods, fine roasted notes, liquorice, and cocoa, with a touch of minerality and India ink. Good structure with intense sweet tannin backbone. Velvety finish, long and very elegant.
