Tasting Note

This leads to a light in color rose wine with amazing pink gold reflections, with an elegant and persistent nose that can be described with fruity and floral notes of peaches, small red fruits, mango, grapefruit, and roses.
At the palate, the wine is fresh and sapid, with a pleasant and long finish. It leaves a sweet sensation due to the balance of its components, not to any residual sugar. Our care is oriented both in quality of wine and care of customers, that’s why we use a very small amount of sulfites less than half of total quantity allowed.

Pairing

It’s minerality and freshness make it suitable for a lot of different pairings.
It matches rich seafood and shellfish (Lobsters are perfect!). Spicy dishes of oriental cuisine, perfect for sushi and noodles as well as Mediterranean dishes with tomatoes (pasta overall).
