Deep red color. Shows ripe red fruit such as red berries, plum, cherries, along with smoked, balsamic, and spicy notes making it crisp. On the palate it is a smooth full mouth enveloping and easy to drink wine, meaty and well balanced. The end has hints of ripe fruit, licorice, spice, and toast wood.
